Allocate roles, according to your Project Proposal, for class members to assume.
Brainstorm any 'roadblocks or barriers' as a class, that could limit success.
Project Leads:
You are the successful group who have managed to persuade the class to work together to raise awareness about Youth Homelessness in Australia, and are responsible for ensuring that the vision of your proposal and the objective that you are working towards is not lost in the "doing" part of the project. If, at any time throughout the process, you feel that your peers need reminding of the objective or have lost sight of the reason as to why we are engaging in this task, it is up to you to remind them and re-energise them!
Allocation of Roles:
Advise peers of what roles are available and allow them some input into what part of the project they would like to work on.
Remember, we genuinely learn best when we have an emotional connection with someone or something!
